Step 1: In-Person Consultation & Site Visit
We start by meeting you at the job site to better understand your goals, timeline, and budget. Whether you’re planning a remodel, starting new construction, or dealing with unexpected damage, this visit allows us to assess the space, answer your questions, and determine the best approach.
Step 2: Estimate, Planning & Permits
Once we’ve reviewed the project scope, we provide a detailed estimate and begin coordinating with our architect partner to draft plans. If the project requires permits, we’ll handle that process for you. For insurance-related work, we collaborate directly with your adjuster to make sure all damage is properly documented and covered so the repairs restore your property fully and accurately.
Step 3: Construction Begins
With plans and permits in place, our licensed team gets to work. Many of our crew members have been with us for years, and we foster a jobsite culture built on safety, respect, and craftsmanship. We maintain a clean, organized site and keep you updated throughout the process, so you’re never left wondering
what’s next.
Step 4: Final Walkthrough & Approval
Once the project is complete, we walk through the finished space with you to ensure every detail meets your expectations. We don’t consider the job done until you sign off that everything has been completed to your satisfaction.
Step 5: Long-Term Support
Our commitment doesn’t end when the tools are packed up. As a family-owned company, we proudly stand behind our work, with a 2-year warranty on all labor and the reassurance that we’ll be here if you ever need us again.
